Couldn’t be happier with our experience he addressed all our concerns about cracks and patch work, was able to get us on the schedule quickly, and had our driveway looking amazing.

When the painting was done, I took a brush and painted the areas that were missed. I applied paint to the soffits and around some guttering that were overlooked. The contract was to include replacing trim that had rotted. I am positive there is bad trim on my chimney and upstairs windows, but none of it was replaced. It looks like that bad spots were **patched** to save the contractor money instead of replacing the trim, which was included in the price quoted.

"I was at your neighbors house for one week after the completion of yours I gladly would have addressed any issues you had with the job and the exterior was done at least 2 days before I was paid I understand the issues that you?ve outlined however I feel like they could?ve been brought to my attention either before you paid me for the job or in the time that I was on your neighbors house and there was trim replaced on your chimney definitely as far as the back windows I am not 100% sure what route my crew went with that but if they were not replaced like they were supposed to be I would gladly replace them because I did quote that"

The owner never really inspected the after job. I text the company about 4 times, asking him to come to look at the job(I found flaws after they left) He never responded. I also never got a copy of the warranty or of the paid in full contract. It already needs a few touch-ups, but I did not get any left over paint, where it came from, or even where the paint was bought.

Martin Daley (PRECISION PAINTING) and his crew did a outstanding job on painting my brick home. They touched up wooden trim when they thought it needed it, no extra charge for this, in fact one area (wooden trim) he put three coats on before he was satisfied with the way it looked to him. I could not be more pleased with the professional job they did for me. I am waiting on a color match to paint the 6 shutters.. So wait until next week before you drive by and check it out. Yes Martin and his crew will be back next week to paint several rooms inside the home. Glen D. Tulsa, Ok.

They paint in almost all weather conditions, except rain/ snow. Thats a good thing unless its below freezing. They only had one painter which was very hard in my case. He worked past light trying to do his best and my house looks great. My hat is off to him. Their rate was very reasonable and I would use them again. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with their work. They did a good job.

Martin Daley is a man of his word. The only reason I subtracted a half star is due to the lack of a written contract. It made no difference on the performance of the job, as everything we covered in the walk- through was done to my satisfaction; it just would have been nice to have a written contract for my records. His employees are some of the hardest - working people I've seen. Overall, I'm very pleased,& yes, I'd hire them again.
