DIY Quality for Pro Prices. Lots of issues with details and quality of work. Justin rushes his team and the quality of work reflects it. Finally gave up trying to get them to come back and make things right for two reasons. The first is I already have a full time job and the second I was not convinced the quality would be any better. The pictures say it all. I do not recommend based on being able to produce this quality of work myself with tools from Home Depot. I really wanted this contractor to work out for us because I have a second bathroom that still needs to be done.

I hired Precision Painting & Construction to remove 2 walls and install beams, relocate wiring and patch up drywall. My old house served up a few surprises and Justin and his team handled them with efficiency and quality. I now have a much larger open concept kitchen/dining/family room space with more natural light. I love the space! Justin's team showed up consistently and worked hard. They were respectful of my space and listened to my requests. Justin was on the site almost every day monitoring progress and ensuring quality. Justin worked with me to leave the space in a state that has allowed me to start installing my cabinets and flooring. I will definitely work with them again.

Precision Painting & Construction were fantastic on a recent roof repair we needed. Justin and his crew communicated consistently with us about the needs, did a quick job, and in the end even saved us money. I will definitely be using them again for our home repair needs.

I was working on selling my house and it needed tons of work as my tenants never told me things needed fixing and they ruined my house. I live on the other sode of the country so i couldnt check on the house and was told the house was fine. It wasnt. I found justin and jessica through angie list and it was the best thing possible. They have great rates and great customer service. We had to redo the whole house and they did it all within a decent amount of time and kept me updated on all of it often. Sent before pics, during pics and after. They made sure to be available when we came out there to see the work and meet with the realtor. So we were able to meet with them as well. They did an amazing job. I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!!!!

We started with a small drywall project. Justin's estimate was about the same as other estimates received. Then, i had them fix a cracked plaster ceiling and install a new light. This escalated to so.e much larger work insulating and finishing the attic. We are very pleased with the results.

Justin is great to work with! He has so much knowledge and experience. He's helped us at all stages of the remodel with excellent ideas, designs, etc. to help us get what we want built. The responsiveness and customer service has been excellent.

They fixed the stain on my ceiling from when my roof leaked and fixed the floor from when my hot water heater leaked and ruined my floor. They did a fantastic job

From the very start when I asked for a quote Justin was quick to visit me and give additional suggestions. His team painted my home as well as making some major changes inside the house. We hired Precision Painting and Construction for 2 different projects, and weâ re currently working on a third. They painted our interior walls, which was incredibly challenging due to molding that was adhered to the walls from the previous owner. The painting looks excellent. We also had them build a new wall with a doorway to make another bedroom out of a loft space. The wall looks beautiful. We currently have them painting our kitchen cabinets. Justin and the crew are easy and wonderful to work with, theyâ re efficient, and pay attention to detail. Theyâ re responsive when we have questions and provide accurate estimates when needed. Would highly recommend.
