Scott and his team were great. We had a water leak due to a faulty dishwasher. He helped us navigate the process of getting repaired and back to normal. Once work started, they continued until the work was finished, which is rare these days. I would defenitly recommend Capital City Renovations for anyone needing a repair or remodel.

They painted the exterior of my home, with some minor repairs. Excellent service and attention to detail. They were punctual, honest, and did what they said they would do, earlier than planned. I appreciated how clean and tidy they kept everything after each day. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

They painted the interior of our home and front door. They did a excellent job..all trim work without a line out of place, they were neat and polite all paint was included. I especially liked that Scott always got back to me right away and helped answering any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

They tend to leave work incomplete. They did not finish hanging one of the shutters that was replaced. They were not on the job when they said they would be there. The painter does not cut in the paint work, but relies on shields for preventing overspray. This did not work out well for my spigots and water hoses which were sprayed and not cleaned up. We were willing to have them do a little more work, but they would not return texts or calls. They are a cheaper way to go so I would say you get what you pay for.
