Mark was absolutely incredible. He called shortly after I posted the project, listened to what I needed done in such a short turn around time. He was able to work around my demanding schedule and get the project done in two days. Not only was he professional, he was timely, meticulous, and trustworthy. We will hire Mark again when we repaint the whole house. Thank you!

I used Angie’s list to hire Pro Paint and Remodel LLC. I'm very happy I did. I hired Mark Wimmer, the owner, on a Sunday. He started the next day. What I really appreciated about him was how quickly he completed the job and the quality of the work . it took him three or four days to knock out several rooms .. His communication was excellent. This house was Empty at the tume so Mark kept me posted with pictures and texts throughout the day. I absolutely love the ceilings, a big improvement.. My husband, who’s a perfectionist, was happy too.. I found Mark completely trustworthy and would recommend him to anyone who needed some remodeling done on their home. Thank you, Mark for doing such a great job.

We have a lot of good things to say about Mark and son Michael’s work.. their prep, paint and attention to detail. The job was removing popcorn from a large ceiling, mudding and texturing seams in a raised ceiling, painting ceilings, walls and baseboards. We are real happy to be back into our family rm, kitchen and dining rms. We gladly give Pro Paint owner Mark Wimmer 4.5 stars

Mark did a great job of explaining the process of what he could do and demonstrated what he was going to do. My cabinets look almost like new again! He and his helper were very friendly and accommodating, especially with my 2 curious bulldogs.

I am very happy with the job that Mark and Travis did for me. They painted a bedroom, the hall, living room and front door. Mark calked my crown molding and repaired an area of the ceiling in the bedroom. I am definitely going to hire them for more work in my house. I'm truly thankful that God lead me to Pro Paint and Remodel.

Mark painted entire interior of my home with all woodwork and did an amazing job. He worked around my schedule which wasn't easy and did everything he could to make it as easy as possible for my family.

Mark & others did the following for me: - Painted almost all interior walls - Painted baseboards & window sills - Removed popcorn texture from ceiling, retextured and then painted Mark had to work around a weird schedule as I was moving into a new home while he was working. He was able to coordinate with me on which rooms would finish early so I could dwell in them as other rooms were worked on. Mark also had to tolerate a slow drip of payments due to banking issues. He started work before he got his full down payment, which was nice of him to do. The quality of the work was fine. Wherever I had issues I would point them out and it would be patched up. Most importantly, however, is the issue I had with baseboards. The paint peeled off within weeks. I told Mark this, and he said he would return to the house to try different combinations of paint, primer, and surface prep to find the best one, then re-do all baseboards. I wasn't charged at all for that extra service, which was fantastic. Overall good work backed up by top-tier customer service. I'm pretty happy about it.

I had a unique project I had a whole wall in home office as dry erase board and they took very cautionary and proper steps to get it done properly and very professional.

Mark and his helpers did great work. He has good work ethic and was very thorough with communication as well as the work he did with sheetrock and cabinet repair. He painted the interior of my house and it looks awesome!! Thanks again Mark!

Mark Wimmer and his team are very professional, from beginning to the end of the project everything was perfect. Mark gave us a quote that was accessible to our budget. He and his team delivered the job in a time frame as he said from the beginning. We were more than surprise that he accomplished the job in a short time which made us able to continue working without interruptions.

Mark was highly responsive in all aspects of the job from initial contact for quote through completion. We had a tight schedule to remove popcorn ceiling, prime, apply knock down texture and paint before we moved in. Mark worked late each night to complete the job early enough for our early move in date. Mark is very knowledgeable and takes great effort to protect house during process. Good pricing for the amount of effort required for this whole house job.

All promises and excuses-no execution. What we thought we were saving in money we paid three times over in grief.

I hired Mark to do an interior paint project in a 5 day window between closing on a home and move in. Mark's strengths are definitely his communication and courtesy, something not always prevalent in the trade industry. His original proposal was well outside my budget and Mark was able to have a discussion with me to determine where to compromise to get my desired result near my budget. We are extremely happy with the product we received for the price we paid. He also made some great color recommendations that we ultimately went with. Mark continued to communicate well throughout the process and we'd surely hire him again.

They did a good job and working with our short time frame.

Kitchen cabinet disaster. Apparently Mark had at one time a reputable company. Before I get into the disaster that happened in my home I will say this- the good ole days appear to be over/ see how their reviews have gone downhill after a long hiatus between any being posted. Also, please note that Mark spends zero time saying Thank you to the people who've written nice reviews but goes on a toddler tangent when legitimate claims are brought up. This is consistent w/ my experience with him. He was blatantly inappropriate in responding to the problems that started pretty quickly with my project. Only one time did he respond appropriately when I brought up the fact that he was defending his companies work without ever having laid eyes on it. When I told him in March 2018 that he'd be ashamed to have his companies name on the disaster of a kitchen I was left with he did eventually (May 2018) come to see this for himself and appropriately acknowledged it was not even close to being a professional job. He asked me to number each cabinet and drawer in the kitchen and assign the corresponding problem to each one and email it to him so he could give this to Adam P. who he hired to do ALL OF THE WORK. He said he would have Adam come out and correct everything. I asked that he send someone else as Adam clearly didn't know what the heck he was doing, he didn't have anyone else and insisted Adam was the only one who could do the work. Having no other good choice and a shoddy kitchen that was already FULLY PAID FOR I had to accept this. It's now 6/13/18 and guess what? No Adam has shown up and only one response from Mark 10 days ago saying that Adam's truck was broken down and it would be 5 more days before it was fixed. Sorry, I do not care, rent a truck from HD or somewhere else for Adam, just get the dang job done already!! No more replies. Mark was informed that Adam frequently did not show up as planned, sometimes for as long as 10 straight days! This will be followed up by a BBB complaint and then some. I've only experienced one other home improvement company that was as bad as this one. I fully expect that Mark (the person I hired to do the work but never showed up after taking my money and signed contract) will respond to this w/ another one of his toddler tantrums. Folks, just take the time to look at other companies reviews/ complaints and see that 95% of them will not only take all or some responsibility for mistakes made but will take the time to rectify them & thank their customers who took the time to write nice reviews. Bring it on Mark. I will respond to every bit of the lies I fully expect you to post here. On to the work that was supposed to be done in my kitchen. Project started January 2018 and was quoted to be a 2-3 week project. It is now 7 months later and job still not done (I shut it down in March when I asked Mark to come see the deranged work done to date & although he was given more than a week t

PPD, Mark and guys came in and took care of a job that was an absolute mess, fired former workers I would recommend them anything big or small, very professional and the painting and trim is beautiful. They very courteous and careful with my furnishings. Good job!!!

Quick response to inquiries.

This company uses independent contractors for the actual hands on work. In my estimation, the job took too long even with intervening rains as only one person did all the work. Nevertheless, the person doing the actual work did a thorough job and was most pleasant and obliging.

Mark was very professional, reliable, respectful, and it was important to him that I be totally satisfied. I will use Precision Painting again and will give them my highest recommendation. Very happy with him and the lead painter on my job Bobby. Thanks guy!
