One Time Interior House Cleaning
Mikki was THOROUGH!!! She worked on her hands and knees to clean floors, baseboards and carpet corners. I had more work that needed to be done than I realized and she came a second day to finish the job. She did a deep, deep clean. Scraped grease off cabinets, cleaned inside the oven, vacuumed floors, swept down carpet steps, mopped floors etc... Please be prepared that what you think may be only a few hours might actually be longer in Mikki's eyes. She sees every speck and spot. My house looks like it did when I moved in!!! Hire her! You won't be disappointed

Mikki is a very kind person who I connected with right away. When she showed up to clean my home she cared for it as if it was her own. She was incredibly thorough and had ideas for what to bring for the next cleaning now that she was more familiar with the space. Do not hesitate! Mikki is a great person to care for your home.

The company responded promptly to my request, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, I would not hire them again. For a cleaning for our size home, there should have been two to three people there. Stairs were not vacuumed, bathrooms were not cleaned the best, the list can go on. Overall, simply not a great job cleaning. If you choose to still hire this company, I would insist that a certain number of cleaning professionals are guaranteed and when they say they were going to end is guaranteed as well.

"We apologize you feel unsatisfied. You requested that a kitchen and 3 rooms be cleaned to gain a lower rate for a 9000 sq foot home, and had others to request other things not agreed to. Our policy is to not have a active worksite, but you had 3 ladies dropping Christmas Tree debris throughout the home, who left food on/in places causing constant recleaning, as well as a dog running free urinating on your floors after being cleaned, and additional work added done that you did not pay for. Even with one person the house was fully cleaned, inspected, and approved by the people you left in charge and any dirt afterwards your houseguests caused."
