Andrew and Jed were selected by my landlord, and they were wonderful. On a holiday they worked quickly and efficiently to solve a challenging problem. They were friendly and polite. They treated my home with respect and left it immaculately clean. Very nice and very professional, exceptional customer service.

It took a while to find somebody. But he good and very complete.

The employee was very polite and explained Everything he was doing to repair and replace my bathroom drain and faucet.

You can't go wrong with hiring this company. However, please check to see if they are still in business. I heard that the owner passed away. Wonderful experience, great and fair price.

We replaced the line from the house to the meter. They installed the water pressure valve upside down. There was a loud banging noise when water was run in commode, shower and sinks. Called several times - no response. Hired another plumber. They reinstalled the valve. The cost for the 2nd plumber was $70.00. The original plumber who installed the valve said he would let the boss know and if the boss didn't reimburse, he would take care of it. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from either of them..

Was able to replace outdoor faucet same day. Seemed a little expensive for work and time it took to do. Overall...would call again.

I had couple other leaks that I found after he left an called him an he came back to house within 2 hours,very nice guy an very trustworthy,an just great guy,I would recommend Tony to anyone that I know..thanks Mark H...hampton tn. .

they did a good job making the repairs but a poor job on cleanup. they did not rake or smooth out the dug area and attempted to hide the mess with extra straw. we worked several hours cleaning the area ourselves. also left the sidewalk in poor condition.

I messaged regarding a stainless steel elbow joint,. gas trap, replacement. A PVC was installed and rejected. The two plumbers made a trip to get the part. Communication would have saved the plumbers time and maybe me some money. Price: $150 and thanks for letting me postdate my check one day.

Work ok and quick response. Not sure about cost. Cost very difficult to to assess. Cost $75 just to get an estimate which was very crude and under estimated final cost a little.

Joe and Jeff did a great job. They were prompt. Their work was first rate and they were neat. Their work was reasonably priced. I hired them to replace old shut off valves with modern ball valves for my washing machine and sink faucet. Joe suggested a cost savings alternative to what I had originally wanted. It was truly a pleasure to have them do the work for me. I will definitely hire them for all future plumbing jobs I need help with.

Joe and Jeff were excellent! They studied our problems, divided up the chores, developed a shopping list, got all the parts the first time (no marked-up prices) and went to work non-stop until the 'To Do' list was completed. We were very pleased to get five nagging plumbing problems completed. They stand behind their work. We will go to them the next time a need arises.

Trip charge was outrageous. We live 5 minutes from Johnson City and was charged over $ 100 for trip charge. The work quality was good but fee is way off base.
