Very quick response to inquiry, professional tech , clear communications, very quick response and full quote on the spot. As expected, although minor annoyance, there were upsells (tankless flush, water softener) but the pricing wasn’t consistent with market rates we’ve been able to get elsewhere. I get that the margins are probably thin and time is valuable, but rates quoted for other parts and labor were a bit high. If the quote for additional parts and labor (but especially parts) were in the ballpark of other estimates, I may have had additional projects completed in the next day or so (possibly even in this same trip - good for company and me). I’ll presume the workmanship will be solid and timely. Tech is working on my project as I type. I would recommend Precision with the heads-up that estimate may be a little in the high-end. But timeliness may be worth it.

Serviceman Andy Mendoza was prompt, professional and showed both a clear understanding of what was needed to complete the job as well as a concern for the interests and property of the customer. I am very satisfied with the end result of the work done and I would recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jeremy was amazing! He rerouted by gas line for my stove. It was a tricky fit to make it work with my built in oven. He brainstormed and made it work! He literally saved the day!

Precision Plumbing is an amazing company. Donald Henry and Omar (I don’t know his surname) went overboard to give me the best service possible. They fixed my parents' home's 27+ water pressure issue, hard water problem, and faucets with controls installed upside down and backwards by the builder. They replaced the plastic angle stops from the 2009 Kitec replumbing job with durable chrome ones, and they replaced the leaking anti-siphon valve near the pool. Donald is an amazing, ethical plumber who takes a conservative and fiscally responsible approach toward repairs, analyzing the problem and determining the best possible solution without upselling. The West Coast concrete team did an incredible job, especially with the fast backfill and cleanup. They even returned to fix the slab after a Walmart delivery person stepped in the wet concrete. Last of all, but never least, Toni, the receptionist and dispatcher is a true angel, an empathetic and effective listener.

The job was done. I am not 100% satisfied with the entire job but it is ok, still having problem with the valve pressure wish continue leaking if I open completely the faucet to provide water to the pool.

Precision Plumbing is the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with since moving to Las Vegas 21 years ago. They are efficient, they respond fast, and their plumbers are skilled and knowledgeable professionals who explain things to you and do things right.
