Within one hour Precision Plumbing had figured out what was causing my Tankless Water heater to malfunction. I had two other plumbing companies look and it cost me a fortune, and now I realize that these two services had no idea what they were doing. Precision Plumbing was well aware of the Tankless water heater, how it worked and therefore what problems they might encounter. I enjoyed their manner and courteousness as well.

We asked Chris what was needed and the work was done welll and efficiently. He also included more work than was requested. We will use him the next time we need work done.

Chris came out, gave us a reasonable estimate, and proceeded to work for much longer than he expected. He stuck with his original estimate. But beyond that, he communicated clearly, and was very professional in all aspects of his work. We would hire him again.

Excellent service all the way around! We put in the first call to fix a leaking washing machine line and then had an emergency sewage backup on the following Saturday. The plumber gave up his Saturday morning to come out and handle the problem; he was hands on, thorough, and solved the issue within a reasonable time. Precision Plumbing will be my one and only plumber for the simple issues and down the road, the company that I will hire to complete a bathroom addition.
