Leo and his helper were available on short notice. He explained the situation, did beautiful work, and cleaned up conscientiously. He even replaced our electrical ground, which he noticed was old and loose. The price was very reasonable.

I typically do my own remodels, renovations and fix-it s around the house, but getting past that point in my life. First time I ve tried Home Advisor and with Precious Plumbing. I am very pleased with the results. Leo, the owner, arrived on time, was fully prepared, charges were fair, completed in a timely manner, was polite and professional. I will hire Leo for future projects.

Leo is AWESOME! Called him at the end of the day and caught him on his way home - not only did he turn around to come see if he could fix it - he had it FIXED within ONE HOUR OF MY INITIAL CALL! He didn t even mention or try to sell me a new water heater...which the other calls ALL had even the appt scheduler telling me it might be too old to repair. Leo is just good people- honest and prompt with no BS. It s refreshing because most of the time you prepare to get hosed when a contractor walks in, but with Leo you find yourself letting your guard down right away. Leo will be our ONLY plumber from this point forward and we already have a project for the future and now the one thing I was not looking forward to is not an issue.
