Brian Spare our technician did a great in replacing our water heater. He also replaced a faulty water pressure valve for the house (unrelated to the water heater) a few months later. He has always been prompt, courteous and professional.! I highly recommend him and Precision!

My service technician was top notch. His name is Ian Burtt. He was very conscientious. He said my furnace filter did not need to be changed yet, that it had another month of use left on it. I appreciated him letting me know this and not unnecessarily doing something that wasn't needed yet. Kudos to him. I appreciated his work ethic.
