Precision Plumbimg is a great Company! I visited Home Advisor looking for a Plumber regarding my water heater that decided to stop working on me over the weekend. I spoke to Mohammed and sent photos and all the details of my water heater so he could get quote together for repairs and replacement. He called me back and said he can have a technician out the next day with a new water heater. The technician was extremely professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Had an emergency leak on my 14 years old gas water heater. Muhammad was to the rescue. He & his staffs were super friendly and knowledgeable. Help explained the difference between different types of water heater and which one fit our family. Came on time, new heater was installed with the old one hauled away with in two hours. My garage was left cleaner than they started.

Got the job done in short order

I couldn t get the pilot light to light. I was sure something needed to be replaced. They came in (on a Saturday) and took a look and got it to light. No charge. I was so relieved. It s great to see that there are still great people and companies like this. It s so hard to know who to trust but you can definitely trust Precision Plumbing (and Home Advisors)!!

Ijaz stopped by on his way to another job because I had called. He surveyed the job, said he could do it but not until finishing the job he was already working on. Came back around 4:30 and stayed until almost 10:00 just so I wouldn't miss a hot shower. It turned out to be a bigger job than I thought but Ijaz was not deterred. He and his partner worked hard and fast. Ijaz did a great job and went the extra mile to make things right. He covered the fine details and wouldn't accept anything but correctly done. He embarrassed the original builder with his level of quality work. Not only did a good job but was the best of three quotes. He is at the top of my list should I ever need plumbing work. I rated Ijaz a 5 because 10 wasn't an option. Well done Ijaz! Thanks.

I was having an emergency without hot water. They did the plumbing work until 9pm just to help me out to have immediate hot water. Also, they make sure we got the work inspected and permitted before we pay for their service. They responded text messages at last night as well.
