Ryan and Jessica always kept me informed about the project from start to finish. Ryan was very knowledgeable on all aspects of our porch repair. All lintels were replaced, the porch braced, removal and replacement of matched bricks, filled and matched mortar with existing wall and pointed. We were very surprised at how well everything replaced or fixed matched the existing porch that has been there over 57 years. His crew arrived on the set start date and everyone worked efficiently. And when the job was complete, they cleaned everything up. Thank you for the professional job and great customer service.

I hired Precision Pointing and Restoration to repoint my older brick home. My house is almost 90 years old. The old mortar had deteriorated and some of the bricks were loose. P P and R did a great job. The house looks fantastic. They were efficient and cleaned up nicely. They did everything that they promised on the original proposal. Communication with customer service was excellent.

The company responded quickly to my initial inquiry, sent a proposal within a day, and completed the repairs within 2 weeks, (delayed because of weather conditions). Good people to work with.

Wow -- these guys are efficient! I had a wall that nobody knew how bad it was until they started to repair it. They ran into a BIG snag and handled it the same day! They're work was so good that I'm already getting a bid for more work from them. The owner's a good man and he hires good people who work extremely hard. Will use these guys for everything that I can think of that needs to be done and recommend that you do the same!

I had a brick wall replaced on my porch. I looked like brand new after the job and matched the other brick and mortar perfectly.

I started out this process extremely positive. I originally called Ryan and had him come out to look at my house in order to fix the problem of rain coming into my basement from the tops of the walls. He immediately said he would be able to fix it, they would point the house and fix the lentils and said that would fix the problem. After they first got here, they were all extremely nice. Initially I wasn't going to get my whole house pointed but after talking to Ryan on the last day that they were there, I asked them to do the entire front of the house as well. Well, they didn't finish it because it was raining and had no intention of coming back to do the rest of it. Then I called them and asked them to come back because the lentil in the front of the house looked bad and it made the front of the house look poor. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and fix it. A week later we had a pretty bad rain storm and the rain was still coming in my basement: I have called them over and over again asking them to come back and fix it and they don't call me back and they ignore the problem. That's the entire reason I called and I had a guarantee that it would be fixed. On top of that, the front shutter they took off, fell off my house and they won't come put that back up. Initially they were nice to work with, I thought it would be a good fit. They threw their leftover food in the bushes, they threw the left over caulking in the grass and bush in the backyards, left their wheel barrel and buckets for weeks, didn't clean up anything, and drove their truck on my front lawn. This ended up being a nightmare now and I wouldn't recommended them.

Did a nice job although didn't replace damaged bricks at top and bottom of wall. Don't know why Especially when I paid $2800

I contracted with PP&R to rebuild the high section of a dry sack stone driveway wall that was bulging. Ryan, the owner, came out and described the work that he would do, including an option to mortar in the stones and backfill with gravel, French drains and a water-permeable cover over the French drains. I accepted the mortar option and had him rebuild the low section as well so both would look the same. He ran into problems with loose dirt and fill on the high side so the job was taking longer than he expected. He made up for this by shortcutting the job. He backfilled the wall with fill and not gravel. he also said because of the weight of the stones, the mortar would crack and advised against it. (So now I had the lower section rebuilt for no reason.) Within a week the (high) wall was bulging and it collapsed in the driveway a few days later. PPR rebuilt the wall a 2nd time, this time backfilling with gravel and a 2nd mid-level French drain. He then asked if he could dump the fill and other remaining debris in a section of my back yard where I put leaves and twigs, which I let him do, but he left deep ruts in my front yard and especially my side yard. The back yard looked like a war zone when he finished. He finally came back to look at the damage and said he would send a crew out to fix it. Never happened even after repeated phone calls and emails. I had my regular landscaper repair the damage and when he billed me I sent the invoice to PPR. Of course I never heard from them. Regardless of the other glowing reviews, use this contractor at your own risk!! If things do not go exactly as he planned, he will not make it right. You can contact me through this website and I invite you out to look at what the job looks like and what still needs to be done. Caveat Emptor.

Very fast and efficient.

I am very pleased with everything, I needed the foundation repaired on a stucco house, no one else would even take on this project, Ryan assured me it would turn out fine, and it has. His crew was very neat, professional ...... the final project looks great.

A small army arrived and had the scaffolding set up in no time. Three crew members remained to do the work. They were clean, fast and efficient. Great crew, great company.

My husband and I are so happy with the project Ryan and the Precision Pointing employees took on. The job included but wasn't limited to design, demolition, rebuilding, pointing, and drainage. It was very physically demanding and every man worked diligently as no machinery could reach the area of the property that was to be worked on. Everything had to be carried in or out. Every worker was extremely polite to me, alny request I had was immediately complied with. I've already called again for another job.

The price was average with other companies. When he started on my roof the whole chimney fell down, putting holes through the new box cutters and shingle- about 10' x10'. They tore up the frounmt yard and the said of the house and didn't even clean up the mess. It was a real problem getting them to repair my roof and he stiill hasn't fixed it. I had to hire another person to repair the singles and patch mu box gutter. The roof and box gutters were installed the year before and coast 114, 500.00. I wouldn't let this company work on my house. His workmanship is terrible and should not do it

I am very pleased with the results. Ryan took on a project that other's didn't seem to want to touch. Ryan's crew of Tom and Mike repointed and relayed bricks and replaced window lentils and pointed two chimneys. Ryan sent a full crew to start project and Ryan himself also worked on the pointing tthat first day. Tom and Mike completed the work. Thank you for a job well done, we are very satisfied.
