Precision Remodel

Scott was very easy to work with and there was no pressure to hire him and he was on the job until it was completed. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Job was well done when finish. He did what he said he would do to complete the job. Kitchen looks nice.

Scott was always on time & accomplished the work on time. No hidden costs, complete contracts, easy payments thru his web page. When the original flooring was lost by HD he found the flooring we wanted from a vendor! Schedule was not changed or any extra costs! He will be my go to guy when I need more work done!

Professional in his work. Communicated with us well in assessing what was necessary to do the job. Punctual and very well organized. His knowledge and skill with structural tasks was excellent. Since I was a house painter I am critical of the accuracy of his edges where one color meets another.

It is hard to rate Value for Money. Was it worth it to hire Scott? Heck yes! This started as a DIY, three years ago before I was offered a job that keeps me on the road. Having my project done is a God send. Scott did a fantastic job, I love my down stairs bathroom!

Did a great job, just what I wanted. The price for the work was questionable.

I paid him 1/2 of the final bill which should have been enough to get additional materials, I had to pay him more than the original estimate because additional materials had to be bought. The project took the same amount of time that it would have if he had ordered 4 boxes instead of 3 boxes of tiles.

At the end of the day you want a Contractor you can work with. When you start a remodel project something is bound to go wrong, especially on old houses. You want a Contractor that has listened to you and thrives to make it happen; to the point of contacting the electrician because he knows what they did is not what you had in mind. You want a Contractor who comes to work saying “I have a solution to the floor problem”. You want a Contractor who calmly fixes the floor he just laid, after you scratched it up with refrigerator. You want a Contractor who responds timely to your calls, is professional and shows up when he says he will. Countless times I was thankful for Scott and felt I chose the right Contractor.
