Precision Renovation & Handyman Service

Very pleased with John and the service he provided. He removed and transferred a shed for me. Heavy work that was done without issue. Most importantly though, the communication was excellent, he was timely, friendly, and thorough. We'll certianly use his company for future work.

i hired this contractor for a handyman services and he wasted an entire week for me to find a contractor, we had an appointment for today and he did not bother i call me to said that he wont be here, i'm no longer perusing the job with this contractor

Fast response time, fair price, DID THE JOB ON THE SPOT!! Glad I hired them was on time. Even did an electrical job I add on to them did Install new outside spiot, New turn off in my basement & hook up a new light too. Glad I hired them!

This Co. got right back to me and did the work the very next day. Such nice people and quality work.

Their workmanship was terrible very sloppy and we had to have them back because they left wires open to the receptacle that they put in. I would not recommend them.

John was prompt with communication and explained the job thoroughly. Our only add is that it would have been great to restore our landscaping after the job to top off the overall great quality work.

They were very polite, helpful in answering questions so that you understand what they are talking about.

An appointment for a quote to replace a wood fence was scheduled for after 4pm. Received a call from John before 3pm. He left a message and I returned the call about 15 minutes later and left a message on his cell stating that I was home. I did not receive a return call and he never showed up for the appointment.

Our finished basement flooded due to tropical storm Isaias. The wall-to-wall rugs and padding were completely soaked. Both John Barnes and his employees handled the job quickly and professionally. They moved the furniture, cut and removed all the rugs and padding, vacuumed up the water, and left three blowers throughout the basement to dry out the floor. The job was difficult and tedious yet they took the time to explain the project as they worked. Office communication was optimal and they were punctual and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Renovation and HandyMan Service and would hire this company again.

My project was to have curtains installed. One set was over sliding patio doors. The other was a bank of curtains behind my headboard to cover two odd - sized windows flanking the bed that I could find no other solution. John custom-cut my curtain rods to fit those windows so I didn't have curtains running behind the bed!!! The customer service was a bit lacking with timely communications from the office. Other than that, I would hire him again.

He did his work an answer all of our question when we ask, we would use him again.

They were very punctual and performed the work in a timely manner. John went out of his way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had my mobile home releveled They took all the skirting down and replaced it and also added skirting that was damaged and missing.

John was on time, and got the job when he said he would. They also communicated when they were arriving, as well as worked around my schedule to get the job. Will keep in mind for upcoming projects.

It is very hard to get someone to come out for what they say is a small job but this gentleman did and took care of what I needed. Would I use him again? You bet, in fact I already have given his card out to family and friends.

John and his associate arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and easy to talk to. Assembled a chest of drawers beautifully and even fixed a couple of minor things without charging extra. We will definitely call again.
