Precision Renovations

We had Precision Renovations install our drop ceiling, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Tim came out to get the project started, and Brian and Todd saw it through from there. They were both fantastic to work with. They were working in a basement with ductwork and other obstacles, and Brian was determined to get everything just right. He was extremely precise, communicated with me throughout the process, and took real pride in his work. The finished ceiling looks great and truly lives up to the name Precision Renovations. We would absolutely work with them again.

These people are excellent. They always polite. They worked with you and gave me good advice. Always on time. They cleaned up after they were finish for the day. They were always polite. I got what I wanted. 5 star quality.

Tub to walk-in shower installation looks beautiful! Highly recommend Precision Renovations for your home. Our job had been started, but abandoned, when Tim came in. He took it on, concerned that we, as seniors, were without any shower. He very quickly finished the shower area and adjoining closet, making new style materials work in our 1960's house. Tim was highly professional throughout the process, gave close attention to details, adapted to changes as needed, and worked with my husband's concerns through the project. We definitely will call Tim for future projects we might have.

He was very professional and efficent in the work that was done. He took over after the last contractor could no longer complete the job. I would higher the company to complete other projects when or if needed.

Turned my 2 car garage into a full 1 bath 1 bedroom inlaw. Very professional and attention to detailed. Felt in peace as a family member was at home instead of just a contractor coming in an out. 10 out of 10!

Tim and his crew were very respectful of our home and did not do any damage to the surrounding areas. The Reno was an upstairs interior bathroom which meant lots of trips up and down the stairs and through a freshly painted hallway. Not a mark. They came every day in a row (in other words, they didn't start the project and leave to move onto another project) His team was pleasant and easy to get along with. They made some good suggestions and alterations when things didn't go according to plan. I had a small time frame in which to get this project done and they made a commitment to the date and stuck with it.

Once we made the inquiry, Tim from Precision Renovations contacted us immediately. He came to our home and we discussed options for what we needed, and a plan was made to build our new deck. From the moment his team members showed up, they worked hard every single day and took their time to make sure that everything was done right, up to code, and followed all safety guidelines. I cannot express the amount of detail that went into this project and we were absolutely blown away by the expertise and craftsmanship of the team. If we had questions or any issues arose, Tim went above and beyond, was hands-on, and came to our home to discuss these with us to work on a solution. Our deck is absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to have had Tim and his team complete this project for us.

Everything turned out perfect! I had Tim and his team finish my basement, as I needed space for two offices and a mini library as well as closing off the washroom. Tim was VERY professional and checked out my basement shortly after the first phone call, and was able to get started two weeks later. He was able to work within my budget, and clearly knew what I was looking for and able to provide multiple options I was looking into. He recommended alternative methods for heating considering the age of my current furnace that was within my budget, which I appreciated as I was not looking forward to more baseboard heating. Tim, Landon and Todd even assisted with additional small projects that came up as they were working on the basement. After each step was completed, they would have me review and confirm everything looked good and matched my tastes. They also showed me how to use newer systems, such as the mini split and how to change the lighting in the basement. Overall they are just an amazing team and I will definitely hire them again and refer them to others!!!
