Chris at PR is hands down the best contractor I e ever hired. As you can see by the pictures he has a designers eye as well. I simply gave him an idea of what I wanted and what my budget was and he came up with this. Not only was the work ?top notch? as the inspector said, he finished an entire week early and I had enough money left in my budget to buy this beautiful furniture and fire pit, my neighbors are so jealous ?. I would highly recommend Chris for any job big or small. I?m already getting an estimate for my basement as well, quality work at affordable prices!

CHIS JOHNSON, PRECISION RENOVATIONS, RENOVATIONSBYPRECISION IS NOT RECOMMENDED! PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THE PHOTOS PROVIDED, their work speaks for itself, and HE DOES HORRIBLE SHODDY WORK! Knows absolutely nothing about roofing and absolutely nothing about siding. Johnson caused a lot of damage to my property. Refused to come back and fix any damage. Roof shingles are all crooked, the ROOF VENT was horrible, leaked and damaged my living room ceiling. Everything he did, $55,000 worth, all needs to be redone. His incompetence caused a lot of damage I had to pay to have fixed. Random unsealed nails on top of shingles. Reused roof material. Did not follow specifications. Siding was sloppy, crooked, and loose, leaking, falling off since they didn't nail to the studs. Nothing was straight, should be named NON-PRECISION. Did not caulk and we could see right through the walls when he walked off the job. He even anonymously posted fake good reviews! Has no positive reviews for 10 years.

Amazing! Very Professional. Clean. On time project! Looking forward to have them redo my kitchen in the future! Highly recommend this contractor and his sub-contractors! Dealing with the owner was a pleasure.

I told them this is a large job, asked if they have a licensed electrician and full crew, told me yes. The job started on 06/21/24, left the job on 08/23/24. Contractor told me the morning of 08/23/24 that he was going to another job, walked off the job before it was completed which is illegal! They left cigarette butts, nails, drink bottles, and trash EVERYWHERE. After they left, we spent weeks cleaning up the mess. construction trash they left, I became concerned and I went up on the second story roof and was shocked the roof was not properly shingled, many exposed nails on top of shingles, NO VENT, my basement was flooded because they left garbage in the gutter that clogged the downspouts. They left voids in the new siding that I could see right through to the outside. JUST A CONSTANT LYING FROM THIS CO., NO SKILLS!

We hired Precision Renovation to do a large remodel of our basement, bathroom and kitchen. We could',t be happier with the work that was done. The quality of the work was exceptional and Chris is very knowledgeable on products and helped us chose the right materials to get the exact design we were looking for. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. We recommend him to everyone we know who is even considering doing any remodeling or home repairs.

Chris and all of his employees exceeded all of my expectations in quality and professionalism! They did an outstanding job!!! I love my basement. They gave me a perfect basement and he also has done many other jobs over the years to total satisfaction!

I hired Chris and Bob to tear down and rebuild my deck. They were great workers who provided excellent customer service. Excellent work ,great prices and they were always on time. I really like the finished results. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended

The first time I hired Chris was to install hardwood floors in my living room. They came out beautiful! He did such a great job that I hired him again when my husband and I remodeled our main bathroom. Chris gutted the entire bathroom and started from scratch (old house) and he again did an amazing job. The bathroom came out beautiful. We hired Chris again for our upstairs remodeling. He installed new trim, doors and stair railings as well as spackled and painted all the bedrooms and hallway. My husband and I are always happy with the quality of work he does and will continue to hire him for all projects we take on. (He also replaced an old deck and extended a new deck on to it.) It is obvious that Chris takes great pride in his work and will always go out of his way to make sure we are happy with the finished project. (He actually repainted an accent wall after painting it the day before because I didn't like the color I picked the first time.) He is easy to work with and reliable and even helped me decide on the color carpet I should go with for the bedrooms! I would highly recommend him for any project big or small.

The owner of Precision did the work himself and did an amazing job. I could tell he really takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with the finished bathroom. We love it and would highly recommend him for any project. We have hired him several times since for other projects as well (new deck, installed our hardwood floors, bedroom remodeling including installing new doors, trim, spackling and painting). He has done an amazing job no matter what the project was and we will definitely continue to use Precision.

they installed a quality built two tier12x22 trex deck that looks as it belongs in Home and Garden magazine. we will definitely hire them again for our next home project and would recommend them to others.
