Precision Renovations, LLC

Precision Renovations were great to work with. Professional, responsive and on budget. They finished my basement. You can tell that they really care about the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful company with very professional and knowledgeable employees. They could have talked us into a very costly project, but instead they were very honest with us. We ended up hiring them to do several smaller projects because of this. They were also able to schedule the work within days of our request, and got the work done an entire day earlier than they thought. They were very thorough and even fixed a few things we didn’t know needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend this company!

Thanks to Precision Renovation for all their hard work while doing a complete renovation on our house. Harley, Karl, Eric, Micah, Alicia and Bruce did such a great job. They were always on time, paid attention to detail and treated us very well and for that we will be forever grateful.

Harley & his crew work miracles & their work is top notch! They fixed my bathroom remodel that was started by previous contractors & they had it really jacked up. The complete remodel was finished in 5 working days from start date. They was pulling into my driveway as I was pulling out to go to work & they was gone for the day when I got back home. Never seen them but the work was getting done quickly. I m a perfectionist & they satisfied my desires. I ll for sure be hiring them again for future projects.

Harley and his crew were great. Kept everything spotless and completed quality work on time. They treated my home with respect and were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Harley and his crew

Harley and all of his workers were polite, conscientious of their work and my request, always cleaned up workspace every night and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I am a very quizzical person so I asked lots of questions and Harley was always happy to explain everything to me. I really am proud of the work they have done. I now have 2 more bedrooms, another full bath, a large family room, 2 more storage areas and a utility room. They did everything from the electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpet laying, wood flooring, and air returns. The drywall guys were unbelievable with the work they did too! I have already recommended Precision Renovations to a couple more people without hesitation. Thank you, thank you Harley and your company for making my dream come true!

Precision Renovations did outstanding work on our basement remodel. They are kind, professional, and their communication is great! We will call them with any renovation needs we have in the future and highly recommend them.

We had a large tree that fell down and severely damaged our home. We had many contractors showing up at our house, and this company was the only one who was 100% honest, and treated our project like it was his own home. Harley's attitude, professionalism, and communication was superior to anyone else we have dealt with. Once the project was completed the quality of work was impeccable. If you're looking for any type of home repair I suggest this company and contractor. Look no further than Harley!

Harley came to see us the first time, took off and ran with the whole project. Did all the leg work. The hardest thing we had to do was pick out the lights and the drawer pulls. Works fast and efficiently and for a total kitchen make over with us still in the house that was a bonus. Any hiccups that came up were dealt with quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. Absolutely the most pleasant guy to be around in a trying situation. The transformation was amazing from 70's kitchen to totally updated and modern. He has a great vision and a great eye for detail. We love it. Will definitely be calling him again.

On time, said what he would do, then did it, found additional problem, came up with solution and fixed it, would hire again anytime.

We have nothing but great things to say about Harley and Gravelton Properties! The deck is beautiful and beyond what we expected. We have received so many compliments regarding the quality of Harley's work and his attention to detail. Harley was prompt, courteous and he takes pride in his work, which was obvious to us from the very beginning. He also finished before we thought he would, which was a bonus! We will enjoy our deck for many years to come and plan to contact Harley for any and all future projects.

Harley was wonderful - carried out many projects ( and more scheduled) in my home - he was prompt, courteous, respectful and efficient. I would absolutely recommend him - I already have him scheduled for more projects.

Does a good job, cleans up and works fast.

Harley is phenomenal.. He works hard, efficiently, and has an elegant touch to his work. He treats your home with the utmost respect. Communication is solid and plans accurately. He handles criticism well even with my high expectation. Let me tell you I expect perfection. Good job Harley you passed the test. Willing to correct anything and everything to go above and beyond what was negotiated or expected. Prices are reasonable and I was willing to pay for perfection. I can't thank Harley enough!

Harley was able to come the same day I called. He knew what was needed to solve my two problems and fixed them promptly. One of the problems did not have a quick fix & he created a solution. I was very impressed. I plan to call him again.

Fast , courteous service as promised when promised

I am so pleased with the results. Harley was so through and very helpful. It was not a big job but he handled it very professionally. I will call on him again if a need arises. Thanks for the help.
