It was hard to get the job scheduled.

Considering two previous companies either never called back or were inconsistent with their communications, just the fact that these guys showed up is saying something. But these guys also did GREAT work for a fair price and they work VERY efficiently! Considering they have a 5-year vs. others' 2-year labor warranty I was willing to pay a slightly higher price to have these guys do the work.

Chad is very professional, helpful and informative. He provided me with many different options, colors and suggestions while making sure I knew what to expect from him. He has an outstanding crew that was professional and cleaned up to the best of their ability and made sure that I was satisfied with the look of the gutters and the positioning. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone. I especially liked the fact that his crew was all American and there were no language barriers to deal with.

Everything was done by phone and email - very convenient for me. Job was complete in a timely manner and was high quality work.

Chad was great to work with, he came out right away to give me a bid, which ended up being way lower than any of his competition, installed the gutters and even hauled away my old one's. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Pricing was competitive. Date of completion of the work was delayed a couple of weeks. Contractor was not proactive in communicating delays to me.

Everything about my experience with PSG was superb. The service was friendly and professional. The work was well done. The ease of communication and payment for a busy person like me was ideal. I chose PSG mostly because they were the only 'match' that responded in an acceptable time frame (or at all).

Very good price, very good communication with staff, on time, seemed very knowledgeable, nice people to boot. Now we'll have to see what happens after a heavy rain! Very, very pleased.

Chad & his crew did an AWESOME job! They even put the new downspouts where they should have been in the first place. When it rained last night, there were no leaks or problems whatsoever. They did a beautiful job, and other than the perfection of my new gutters, you'd never even know they'd been there. Every scrap of the old gutters was gone & everything was neat & tidy. You should hire these guys, THEY ROCK!!!

Precision came out quickly and assessed the job. They were then able to complete the job within a couple of weeks.
