Precision Septic

Contacted me within 5 minutes of posting. Gave me a next day appointment after calling them back. Explained what they were doing at every step. Informed me when a small extra step was needed to clean my filter, and gave me the option to DIY. I can't say enough about this company. I am very glad Home Advisor contacted this company for me., and I would recommend them to anyone. I don't usually write reviews, but this company was everything in service a company should be.

I had problems with my advanced system and other companies refused to help. Precision septic came to my home, found my problem, fixed what he could and advised things I could do. Very professional. I would recommend to every one needing help.

Our drainfield in Tyrone, GA failed on Friday the day after Christmas 2014. After calling every septic repair company who would answer on that weekend, Precision arrived that same day and pumped the tank, giving us a short reprieve as well as an estimate for installing a new drainfield. We promptly applied for the required county permit, where we learned this estimate was extremely favorable. At Precision's request, our county conducted an inspection and soil test almost immediately. At this time temperatures in the area dropped to 14 degrees F for several days, followed by drenching rains, but nothing stopped Steve, Ancil, and their crew, who worked tirelessly installing an extensive drainfield, distribution box, lift tank with sewage pump, and diverter and cleanout valves. Despite difficulties imposed by low temps on heavy equipment, Precision completed the new drainfield so efficiently that we were able to remain in our home and use its facilities essentially without disruption. Moreover, although the drainfield was required to be installed over a 1/2-acre forested lot containing 47 native trees, Precision accomplished everything with minimal damage while managing to preserve each tree. The county inspector viewed Precision’s work in progress and at its conclusion and passed on the job with no faults noted. More than 7 weeks since, the drainfield has operated perfectly. We could not be more satisfied with Precision's performance, from their knowledgeable personnel to their work ethic to their integrity, courtesy and professionalism, and of course for the job they did for us during a critical time and under most unpleasant working conditions.

Great customer service, great advice, and really tried to find the best solution, not the most expensive.

Very knowledgeable about septic systems and did not attempt to upcharge. Sought out options to make repairs at the lowest cost if possible. Knowledgeable of county codes and permit process.

They saved me a lot of money. They were prompt, very professional and knew what they were doing. They got to me quickly and it was excellent.
