Honest, prompt and efficient. Even with the earthquake disrupting all our lives, Dale exanimed my current boiler and showed me how, wiith a few installation adjustments and additions , my system would be fine. Other plumbers had given me estimates of $10,000 to replace the whole thing ! What a relief. Dale and his wife are Gems.

NO NEED TO HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!!! (I'll explain) I am only a room ate in the house (and this review is like 2 months behind-we have a 7 month old!) but Dale and his crew needs to be recognized!!!!!!! The home owner had 5 quotes with other companies that were very steep, Dale just ended up being a last ditch effort to keep costs down (full system replacement) long story short it turned out that the system had been put in incorrectly years ago, and many things were wrong with it (all the pumps and copper pipes had to be ripped out and re- done!) seeing this and having already given us a quote- he stuck by his quote and did not charge us extra!!!! Most genuine person in the business and has a code of ETHICS that we couldn't find anywhere else! Also being that the system was installed incorrectly, it was the dickens getting everything to work properly but HOLY COW do these men know what they are doing! I wouldn't trust anyone else in the house after seeing first hand the ability and INTEGRITY of these men. Being in the USMC myself, It can be hard to find men of this caliber these days with such high values. I wouldn't trust anyone else in my home or business!

Wonderful personnel to work with. They understood my urgent need for a replacement boiler system as the weather was turning colder Within 2 days of accepting their bid the workmen were beginning installation.

The workman was very nice and did his work well and wasted no time in getting the job done. He answered questions about my heater/water system and even suggested making some program changes to my circulator that keeps hot water close to all the faucets.

Precision Services provided 1st rate service in the repacement of the boiler and hot water heating system in my large home. The work was time sensitive due to my travel schedule and Precision Services provided excellent customer service by providing the estimate and completing the work in a materr of 4 days. Incredible customer service - clear communication, showed up on time when they said they would, and finished the project within a 15 minute window of when they said they'd be done. We had a beast of a boiler re-install that was VERY poorly (and dangerously) done the first time around by someone else. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was needed and how much it would cost. They were also by far the best price quote we received. I'm now looking for more projects around my house to bring them back. Hire. These. Guys.
