"Unfortunately the structure was unlevel by several inches we took up the floor a second time and relaid it to get the floor as level as possible we paid for the materials and explained to the customer the circumstances and the full extent to repair the structure which would have been very costly and the customer chose to accept our best installation without correcting the structure We work very hard to do the best work within the customer?s budget and did the floor twice for the original cost"
