Nick replaced a bad kitchen outlet that actually had a melted wire which is scary and thoroughly explained the how’s and why of it and made sure it was properly installed this time. Explained which outlets were on the same breaker so we would not have any more issues of overloading the circuits. I would definitely give his services a 10/10 and would recommend him and use his services for future repairs and projects.

Entire HVAC system installed in May of 2024. Installer misinformed me about system operations. Part of prepaid maintenance agreement is a hot water heater flush annually. Technician refused to perform service stating that my unit was too old and pushed to sell me a new unit. Mine is eight years old and still has two years on the warranty. To retain my Trane HVAC system warranty I need to have it inspected each spring and fall. Twice this spring, Precision has scheduled this and no one came. One time ?someone accidentally canceled the appointment ? and again today I was taken off of the schedule because ?we just don?t have the manpower ? . Neither time was I notified. They are putting the system warranty in jeapardy. These inspections were prepaid by me last year.

BIG SCAM ALERT, signed the membership and got told that I can cancel anytime. After 3 months, I called to try to cancel and they said there is a one year commitment. I was not told by them in advance and signed the contract without checking carefully. Read the contract before you sign their contract!!!!!!

Iâ ve been a Precision Pro member for over a year. While some of their services were decent, albeit overpriced, I trusted the company based on past experiences. However, my recent experience with their HVAC installation was a complete disaster. This summer, when I had issues with my AC unit, I called Precision. The technician recommended replacing it with a new HVAC system that cost nearly $18,000. Trusting their judgment, I went ahead with the installation. The process was rushed, carried out by what appeared to be an inexperienced crew, leaving me concerned about the quality of their work. They assured me they would return to check everything, but no follow-up ever happened. Fast forward to winter, and the heating unit isnâ t working properly. After countless calls to Precision, someone finally came out, only to confirm that the system was incorrectly configured during installation. While Precision may provide acceptable service in other areas, their HVAC installations are overpriced and poorly executed. I would strongly advise against trusting them with such an important and costly job. Youâ re better off going with a more affordable and reliable company!

Not recommended for any service . Stay away as far as possible. I had issue with the HVAC I was charged $815 . Asked then to service and they said the service fee will be waived off .It was charged after the repair , And the repair lasted for only 30 mins when called back I was told that due to recommendation not followed which was entirely false. I have a kid and had to spend 2 days without Heater in Chicago winter. There was no process feedback or they don't have any process to register any issue . Everything has to be done by call .And if you ask them question they will block you . So it money down the drain. I would defiantly not ask anyone call them . Not sure how BBB recommends them I am going to register a complain.

After spending over $21K in May on a new Trane furnace and A/C System. After the installer of this system provided false information and shoddy work forcing him to come back twice To Cochise work. After told that a years supply of filters were provided with the system and having to request these filters twice after installation. After opening the box of filters now to change the one in the furnace and finding that the replacements are the wrong size. And after being promised for six consecutive days that the correct filters would be delivered and still no receipt. After offering to pick up the filters myself, and being told that I donâ t need to. Today there was a firm scheduled appointment for a technician to deliver these filters â around mid-morning â . It is now the end of the day and no one has come or called. I am cautioning all to beware of Precision Air sales and services. With all of this aggravation there has never been a gesture of remorse or consideration For all of my trouble. Prior to the acquisition of 5 Star Heating and Air, by Precision, a customer would have never experienced these things. I will be blogging and posting my experiences here and in other places online and possibly with the BBB. If this is the treatment you get with buying an expensive HVAC system, what happens when you need service?
