What he promised to do, he never completed.

Mark, the climber, did most of the cutting. One of his 4 man crew trimmed with an extended pole saw from the ground. Another man ran the limbs through the chipper, as the 4th kept busy cleaning up, fetching equipment and water bottles on the very hot afternoon. Together they removed most of the dead wood from two 25 + year old trees so they no longer threatened my roof or encroached over to the neighbors' airspace. My chain link fence didn't have to be dismantled and no ruts in my yard because they didn't use a bucket truck. Job completed in 4.5 hours the same day estimated. Very satisfied customer.

Mark and his crew came out and removed a large maple close to my fence that was hanging over both my garage and my neighbors roof. They removed it with such care. Mark also removed some limbs that were hanging over my shed and my sons playground with ease. He was also able to remove a smaller cottonwood tree that was growing behind a larger one. The cleanup that they did is outstanding! My yard looks better than before they came out. Precision is very reasonably priced and they care about their customers. I am beyond happy that I chose them for the job. My 5 year old was in awe watching them work and kept commenting on how cool it all was. They were so kind to my son that I know itâ s an experience he will remember forever. I would highly recommend Precision Tree Experts to anyone in need of tree work. Thank you guys!

The only negative issue is communication. If they are unable to make the date or time promised, please call the customer and keep them informed.
