Tom was great. Very professional, helpful and a hard worker. He had a mess to clean up, a yard that had no care since last fall, due to illness. He was helpful in helping solve problems that we had and left the yard looking 100 per cent better. we are looking forward to getting a bid on spring clean up for next year. Tommy was the owner, talked with him several times. Due to the weather Per Tommy, I was put off for over a month. When he finally started the project, he did not do it correctly or even finish it. He I called him about it, he came over said would be back by middle of next week to fix and complete. Itâ s been over a month abandoned havenâ t heard a thing. Mishaves, cherry tree put in crooked, I wanted more flowers are side, I have a lot of white ones wanted more down the side of house they added 3 yellow ones, they were supposed to take a tree trunk out, it is still there they tired covering it with dirt and mulch. I can go on and on. What I thought would be pretty simple and east turned out wrong. Since I have had to fix the cherry tree, add lots more dirt and mulch, dig out flowers that they left that should have been removed, get the stuff to dissolve the tree trunk and add more flowers and replace the ones that died cause not install correctly. I do not recommend them at all. Searchers beware.

The work was done, approved, and was told it looked great, and then there was a mind change on her end. Nothing against the customer, but, we have been a reliable company that has provided exceptional work for 10 plus years in the area. CONTRACTORS BEWARE of this customer. We tried to work out any issue she had, and nothing could be resolved because of the person, not the work. I have always had respect as a person and as a contractor in the area but HER to argue a case, go to online court, then not show up? It was a waste of time and seemingly, was, kind of, I think, done on purpose. If any notes need to be submitted to anyone reading this review, we, as a company, would be happy to provide them to you. I want to thank you and the customer for looking into our company and hopefully, we can provide you exceptional work as we have been for the last 10 years in the area. - Precision Trim Landscape."

Precision Trim did an excellent job with our landscaping project. They came out to provide a quote within 48 hours and scheduled the work within a week from providing the quote. The work was quick, clean, and looked exactly how we'd planned. The customer service was great -- Tommy was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We plan on using Precision Trim again and would recommend them to anyone.

Scott was prompt at answering my initial request for bid, and he came by pretty quick. My grass needed topsoil thru-out, over-seeded, & straw. He even put some in other places that needed it. He also worked on my paver patio getting it in good shape with polymeric sand. It looks good! I hope all his hard work on the grass comes to fruition soon so I can take some pics to post....(:
