I had hired Matthew S. of Precision Window Cleaning, to clean out the gutters of my home. At first it was great, but then I noticed there were a few spots that he had missed. I reached out to him and he apologized for the situation and assured me that he would be back to clean those spots. I received an email from him today that he was going to come out and finish the job, however he never showed up. Since then, I have called him and sent multiple messages to his phone, and still had no response from him. Overall Matt is a great guy, but I am disappointed in his company for not keeping their word.

"The customer had her dates mixed up. We were scheduled for January 31. She thought it was set up for the January 29th. She only made one attempt to call me, not several like she stated. I called her back the moment I received her voicemail. The problem that she says that was missed was from her large tree that still had leaves on it. The day I did the cleaning for her, it was windy and I also told her that the tree leaves were going to fall again. I did clean them out for and explained what it was from."

I have used this guy twice and he did a fantastic job. He did my windows inside and out with storm windows to deal with. these are old windows and not an easy job.

I don't think my windows were cleaned very well. The man was very nice but he walked into my office where I was working with a gate in front of my door so that my dog wouldn't go after him. He was aware of this situation and yet he stepped over the gate without warning and my dog bit his trousers. He was supposed to email me a receipt and didn't. The corners of my window are quite dirty. I wouldn't use him again even though he was pleasant and on time.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to clean my 2nd story gutters until it finally occurred to me to hire someone...... much easier and probably cheaper than doing it myself! this is one of those things that you should just pay someone to do --- I dont have a 24 ft ladder and dont like heights. Mine were not that bad, just a couple of clogged downspouts and a little bit a couple of the gutters but Matt got them all opened up and flowing again. when you consider the equipment needed, this is one of those things that is not really worth doing yourself-- (ladders aren't cheap) the cost is very reasonable and I will probably have him out to do windows pretty soon - again, no 24 ft ladder for those second story windows and if you find someone that can do a good job for a reasonable cost.... why not?
