We are licensed to operate in city of Naples, city of Marco Island, Collier County, and Lee County and have been loyally serving residential and commercial customers in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita, San Carlos, and Estero since 1999. We cannot claim to be the oldest nor the most established heating and air conditioning in our market. However, we provide dependable service, quality heating and air conditioning products, and we turn your basic heating and cooling unit into a home comfort system. Our focus is on educating our customers about their air conditioning systems so that they can make informed decisions regarding the maintenance, repair , and upgrading of their heating and cooling system. We always advise customers of all of their options regarding the replacement or repair of their equipment. We don't use telemarketers. There's nothing worse than have a telemarketer call you when you're sitting down to dinner, expecting important phone calls, or putting a baby to sleep. Preferred Air never solicits business over the phone. While we make follow up calls, to respond to inquiries and to insure that customers are satisfied with our work, we never make sales calls.
