While at first I was quite pleased with Preferred Air. Zach was extremely responsive, set up appointment quickly, and answered emails almost immediately. Team that came out seemed professional and ontime. Fixed ignitor issue with furnace, and restored to working order. However after multiple trips to fix our heat it became apparent they either not very skilled with Lennox systems or they are trying to rack up your bills with them. They kept replacing different parts that they said would fix the issue, then come to find out it only fixed very temporarily. They then returned and said sorry guess that didn't work, you really need to replace this part. This happened several times and they refused to give me a rebate for the previous work that didn't fix the problem stating the new part is in unit now so we can't refund you. There last visit they stated I really need to replace a couple other parts for $850 after spending a couple thousand with them to solve the ongoing intermittent issues. I said enough is enough I am not going to continue blindly replacing parts. I asked them to refund me for the unnecessary parts and keep the labour. Instead I got another $133 visit charge, which I refused to pay. I have received zero rebate and they have now sent me to collection. Terrible company and unquestionable business practices. Would never use them again. As an aside... I hired another company to come out they found the problem, fixed it for less then $250 and I've never had a problem since. And yes I never replaced the $850 of parts recommended by preferred air.

Maybe a little pricey, but very helpful, courteous, and timely. We'd call again for HVAC needs.
