Highly Recommend Preferred Air of Houston!! David Nieves, the General Manager, provided our service. He was called the night before after hours and responded from home. Furthermore, he arrived the next day by noon. He was very polite, timely and exceptionally informative. Problem was fix in 30 minutes w/air blowing within 15min! Even gave me free hands-on instruction on how to replace 2 old, thermostats myself to save a tremendous amount of money. Best Customer Service and repair experience in a long time!!

They were responsive and kept me informed as to when they would be here. Problem was simple and they recognized it and did not try to make it a bigger job. Technician explained everything and was efficient.

they charged me 2800 to repair ac and 3 days later still waiting to get back to me. i spoke w someone yest and he told me the tech will come out..no call no show. trying to call this morning, no ans. im pissed in an 82 degree house. pls assist

This company is top notch. I normally don't do reviews but these people impressed me so much I want others to know about them. These people do what they say, when they say and they do it right. I didn't really think quality and honesty of this caliber was even existing any more. They worked until 9 o'clock so I could have a cool house to sleep in. Cleaned up and I have nothing but praise about their work. Gave me a great price and did a great job.

Xavier supplied me with multiple quotes for different options on my complete A/C and ducting replacement. He was very professional and the work was completed very fast. I had a minor issue with the thermostat a week after installation and Xavier showed up at 11:00PM to correct the issue. They didnt tune my AC. All that they did was check the leaks near the coils, condenser rating and gave me estimate of how much do I need to spend
