Emmanuel was excellent. Within minutes of submitting the request for service, he called my number and made an arrangement to come out to my house within a day. He arrived at the scheduled time promptly. He was professional in his demeanor and very knowledgeable about the overall operation of my appliance. He diagnosed within minutes the problem and provided a reasonable quote for the work to be done. He returned within days, promptly at the schedule time, made the repair and the machine has been humming along beautifully since his visit. I highly recommend Emmanuel and will undoubtedly call on him again for any future appliance repair.
