This company is reliable. It’s people do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and in very responsible and responsive manner. Among the easiest companies to work with that I have encountered in response to Hurricane Micheal and rebuilding my condo unit. Fair estimates, not necessarily the lowest but overall the best value for the money was my experience. Highly recommend this company because of its people, their attention to details, protocols and their performance. 10/20/20

I contacted them on Feb 23, 2016 and they helped me right away. The job was finished on March 4th. They were excellent to deal with. I would recommend them 100%. I had a mess to deal with and I was confused about what to do. I appreciated everything they did. They know their business and they are wonderful people. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Others that I contacted would only do part of the job. These guys made sure I was not without hot water and replaced my water heater along with cleaning up the mold. Thank you so much!!

"When we completed the project, the lead Tech stated that he had left the Key where he got. We cannot explain what had transpired from the time he left the Key and the time the Owner returned the location. We can say that the Owner was exceptionally happy on the work that we accomplished; and, quite satisfied that they can live in their Condo again. We always strive to achieve the goals on getting the indoor environment to the standards that it should be; and, seeing a smile on the Customer's face. We can say that no one is perfect; yet, we always work hard to achieve perfection."

I usually do not go with the cheapest contractor from past experiences, but I did this time. I read all the reviews and I had a gut feeling they would do the best job. They exceeded my expectations in all categories. We had an emergency with severe water and mold damage and they came out the day I called them. Customer service was superb keeping us informed each step of the way. The property was out of state and we trusted them completely to handle the renovation. Sent us updated photos for us to see. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

It was a very poor experience, They talk a good talk but can't deliver. They let there employees have alcohol at lunch. I have nothing good to say about them. Never arrived at the time they would say, poor workmanship.

"We are not aware of the Alcohol issue; but, we can say that this Client was "wishy washy" about what she wanted done and changed her mind every day that our technicians were working. Even though we had 90% of the work completed, we paid her security deposit back and declared to her that we "cleansed" ourselves from this project. In the 20+ years of us being in business, this is the first incident where we were accused of having "employees have alcohol at lunch"; or, for "poor workmanship". May God Bless this Customer."

The young man was VERY polite . Took several hours for the project after telling me he'd be finished in an hour. I was wondering if there was another way to tackle the problem.

Our technician performed the service that you had approved in the allotted time it called for; but, with the additional requests that you had made, the project took longer than usual. Those extra requests were done at no extra charge; so, you can understand why we are surprised at the rating. You would think that when a company goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction, even when it is not in the original scope of work, that you would at least get a higher rating. However, we are please that we were able to assist you. Thank you."

-ACR sent a contractor out to do my job, but i was unhappy with the outcome as the contract did a crappy job. I called ACR to complain and voice myconcerns and they sent out a new contractor the same week to correct the problems I had with the previous job. So I appreciate their concern with my satisfaction.

Elizabeth was very professional. My appointment was scheduled for 9am Elizabeth arrived early in spite of rainy day. The test was performed quickly and professionally. I thought it kind of her to take time to explain the test she was performing and when to expect the lab results. Should I need additional tests I would definitely seek out Atlanta Certified Restoration based on this experience.

After I was able to get someone to respond to my request who was Ms. Elizabeth Haggard, Director��..she started the ball to rolling�.set up an appt. came out looked at the problems�sent me an estimate� just when she had promised,�decided to hire her company�..we set up a time to start..she came back with the team ,Mr Charles Athearn was the restoration technician.. he was conscientious, through,on time,knowledgeable..very pleasant young man�. Went above and beyond� finished the job on time��I was pleased with the work�..I am considering hiring for another restoration project�Thank you Atlanta Cerrified!!

Charles Athearn was the project manager and he and Elizabeth Haggard gave us in writing complete steps of the remediation project. They kept in touch with us while on the property and went out of their way to get the job done in best way possible. I have already given Charles and ACR's name to my friends if they are in need of mold remediation. They were reliable, professional and we trusted them 100%! They gave us advice on how to move on with the reconstruction and what to do with furniture exposed to the mold. Great job by ACR!

I found Jim Giles professional,very knowlegable regarding the mold remidiation and his price was super competitive with the other bids I received. I hired him to do the work. He was prompt and very thorough to make sure all aspects of the job from the cause of the mold, the demolition of the rooms affected and then the mold remediation, all the way to how to prevent further occurence of the mold problem. in the future. I would highly recommend Atlanta Certified Restoration to anyone, and would be happy to be a reference for them to any potential future clients. Thank you for helping me find this awesome company!
