OK service - did not find anything outstanding as I have done with previous home inspectors. The report output was pretty basic and I felt I could have found all the things myself in a similar amount of time. Hence, I would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Chad Strickland. First, he was prompt and on time and when my realtor was having problems getting into the house Chad was able to assist with getting into the key box. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and after he was done, he took the time to explain his findings. He also took the time to print a report on the spot and gave my realtor and I both a copy of the report. Then he followed up with an email and when I asked about a particular item that wasnâ t on the emailed report, he resent the report with the Item and thanked me for reminding him of the missing item. Thank you so much Chad for taking the time and I will defiantly recommend Preferred Home Inspection if asked in the future. Craig

The inspector spent less than one hour doing my inspection. Did not do a thorough inspection and charged me $225.00. Gave me a basic list of items that I could have come up with myself and saved $225.00! Have had several inspections done on previous home purchases and this inspection was pretty much worthless.
