Arrival on time. Communication was excellent. Work was completed timely and professionaly.

On time, the job took 1.5 hours as discussed. Did not make a mess with the dust from vents. The dust is contained in a vacuum box. Air feels clean to breath.😁

This company raises the bar for customer service! I hired them to clean my ductwork and my dryer vent. Dillon explained everything that was going to happen - so I felt that I knew what the plan was. He is a wonderful ambassador for the company! Both he and Steven were hard workers who efficiently got their jobs done. Every time they came into the house, they removed their shoes (even though I told them they didn t need to). Very nice! The prices were very reasonable and the before and after photos showed me the quality of their work. And the scheduling process was easy, with a reminder call the day before and a call when the technicians were on the way. I m very pleased with this crew and this company.

They used the Homeadvisor scheduler and messaging effectively making it easy to confirm status and updates. Very good technician who told us the price and services available before working. Removed a dead mouse from furnace/duct work which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this provider.

Service people were congenial and seemed professional. Be aware that it will likely cost you more than you estimate and in the end you might wonder whether there is much value in the duct cleaning process.

We had 8 to 10 inches of snow by the outside vents in our backyard and they went through the deep snow to clean the vent awesome.

Not only did they reconnect my dryer vent, they cleaned out the duct all the way up to the roofline. They cleared out a couple of birds nests that could have caused a fire..

Dillon and George were efficient, friendly, fast, fun, and really know what they're doing. Dillon explained the work details, answered our questions, and was upfront with costs, which we felt were reasonable. It was amazing what they cleaned out of our duct work (even an old dead mouse...ick!). We plan to use Preferred Home Improvements again in the future...thanks guys!

Representative arrived on time, with a heads-up call about 20 minutes before he arrived. Did a quick walk through and then went to work. During the work, he stopped and showed me a few before and after pictures of how much dust and debris he was cleaning out. He also gave me a heads up on the cost estimate a few times and verified I understood, which was appreciated. When it came to cleaning the dryer vent, he ran into some major obstacles, mostly due to 1950's construction. He went above and beyond to get them resolved. So much that I can see this wasn't a one time thing. He cared about leaving the house better than he found it and wanted to make sure the work was top notch. Would use this company again and will recommend them to my close friends and family in this area. Top notch customer service.

I was extremely impressed with the service we received from Preferred Home Improvement. Our entire house stays cleaner now thanks to the thorough work of two young men. We had our ducts cleaned by another company two years earlier, and there is no comparison. I will only call Preferred Home Improvement to clean and sanitize our ducts from now on.

Had our air ducts in whole house cleaned and sanitized. They were ahead of time, did a great job and very nice. We can tell the air quality right away.
