Water Heater - Repair or Service
Alec Moore with Preferred Home Services, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing our hot water recirculating pump and flush the hot water tank. Very pleased with the service he provided and will most definitely recommend to our family, friends and neighbors.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Customer service is great! I had a new heatpump unit put in a year ago. And I have already had three issues with this unit a Lenox over ten thousand dollars..very unhappy with this unit definitely not worth the money..

Very, very pleased with this company. Service and technicians were A+. I had 2 mini splits installed in my cottage. they showed up on time, cleaned up and took any boxes, etc, away and even came back the next day to check on the units to make sure they were working properly.
Would highly recommend this company.

Installation went great - plumbing work looks excellent. Knocking off a star as the wood shavings from drilling weren't cleaned up and the covers on the water shutoffs weren't closed completely.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!
