Mike Lawshe did a great job fixing my leak. Very nice guy and upfront about everything. I have one suggestion: someone in the plumber business should come up with a X-ray tool to find leaks. Mike found the leak on the second try. Two holes in the wall. I’m very pleased with his work.

the cost for the AC maintenance was great. They came out next day and preformed the work requested. However the quote for repairs on the units was extremely high. Labor alone for what I was told 2 hour job was $800 dollars. The tech that came out was nice at first until I told him I was going to find some one cheaper and he hung up on me.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! I called around noon and they were here around 2 for a water faucet that wouldn't shut off. Gerryann was so nice when I talked to her, Morgan was great on letting us know when the Repairmen would arrive. CASEY and MIKE were VERY Professional and just plain nice. They fixed the problem very quickly, cleaned up after themselves and respected our home by wearing booties to cover their boots when they came into the house. Preferred Home Services is now on my list of FAVORITES. Thank You
