They spent 10 days painting the entire interior of my 4000sqft home. They were professional, clean, polite, and did a very good job. We were occupying the house while the work was being done. They coordinated the work so there was minimal impact on our lives. I would highly recommend them.

Ed, Matt and Luis were very friendly, courteous and professional and went out of their way to accommodate my short time frame for the project. Fixed some other peoples faulty work and it turned out better than I expected. I will be calling Ed for all of my future painting projects.

Hired Preferred Painters in April to paint the outside of my home. My wife and myself were very pleased with the outcome and service we received from Ed. His workers Matt and Mike were respectful of our home and told us step by step what they were doing to coordinate with us. We had used sherman williams resilience paint for the house and an epoxy for our garage floor. We also will be painting our inside after the holidays and will be having them back to do the work.

Hired Preferred Painters in December 2014 from Lake Worth Florida. In April the nightmare began, the driveway and patio started peeling terribly. I contacted Ed Stiefel on numerous occasions and he stated he would correct his work for an additional fee. Every time it rained more and more peeled off. Then the driveway caulking was to be self leveling, however, it looks like wads of gum across my driveway The paint is lifting not only on driveway it is lifting on walkway. It is not a heavily used driveway not that this should matter. The patio was lifting as well but worse then the driveway. I have chunks of paint that has lifted up every time it rains more and more lifts. Then in June 2015 the house started peeling in many places. Peeling in front of house, side of house and backyard. I text him in June and he never responded so I called him with a *67 so he didn't know it was me and I informed him of the house situation. He is not willing to take responsible for his poor work nor help or repair the problem. He told me "He didn't want to help me in anyway" He refuses to honor his written guarantee. The quality of work was non existent. In conclusion Sherwin Williams has stated "it was not a problem with their product". So it obviously is that the preparation and application were done incorrectly.

"I will clarify the situation in the correct manner. We had been in contact with this customer for quite some time. Never once did I receive a "*67" call, I would call and text back and forth with any updates I had and communicated with the homeowner. When we first went to look at the problem, myself and a Sherwin Williams Representative were prompt in meeting with the homeowner to make it work with everyone's busy schedule. When we went to address the claim of peeling paint we have to inspect all aspects of the problem and take samples to send to a lab for tests. When we advised her what the problem was, prior to having test results she was naive that, that was the problem at hand and demanded lab results after disrespecting me and belittling me in front of everybody. Now the peeling paint was from previous coatings that were not our work because the original stucco was not sealed properly. So our coating was not failing, it actually could not be removed from the previous coating which was failing because our procedure was done correctly. As for the "wad of gum" the caulk did what is was supposed to do and this homeowner was advised it wont make it disappear that it needs to be flexible for when the slab moved. This was the second option she decided to go with because it was more cost effective. We had advised at the time of the estimate that all concrete surfaces needed to be grinded, but it didn't meet her budget. This was recommended by the Sherwin Williams Representative and I said it as well She opted for option 2 which was using a sealer on the surface and then painting. Not to mention on our return back for the inspection there were dog feces and urine on the concrete surfaces! This neglect of not only the animal but the patio surfaces was not mentioned to us prior to painting. This is a problem in and of itself as the ammonia from the feces penetrates the concrete it creates problems for adhesion. So we did not know how long this dog had been using concrete as its potty. Once the lab results came back they showed everything we had been advising the homeowner what was wrong and again felt that her opinion was the right one, despite the results. The results that showed were outside of our warranty work, BUT I had offered for us to come and take care of it for her for NO charge. She was not satisfied with this and felt she needed to leave me an inaccurate comment to the situation. Because it was not warranty work we had to have lab results prove the issue and once it was proved right, that is when the homeowner decided to leave a bad, inaccurate review to the situation. Sherwin Williams was right that it was not their product failure, but she forgot to mention that they also stated all steps and procedures by the contractor were done correctly and it is previous coating failures. Not to mention, at the time of doing the work last year the service she received was impeccable AND we also helped a fellow neighbor who had no money at the time ta"

Very professional and they pride themselves in their work. They showed up everyday on time. They painted the entire inside of my friends 2 story home . I was extra meticulous because this was not my home. They went above and beyond for me. I will be using them again when I paint my home.I would highly recommended them.

Ed was prompt in returning ALL calls and worked around our schedule. was very helpful in aiding in choosing colors and shades. They worked clean and replaced all the furniture and paintings to the original locations. Ed and Matt are professional and would recommend them to all.
