Dave went the extra mile to get my hot water heater working. He had been out of town on service calls and did not get back til after 6:00pm, He called me back, said he would check for the part, said he had it in stock and would be over shortly. He came right over and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was very professional and left with the water heater in better shape than when he came. Dave is a quality person and provides quality service. He will do a great job for anyone. Highly recommend him.

I want to comment on my appreciation for the services of Preferred Plumbing. My wife and I purchased a 1927 fixer upper. When we were looking for a good plumber, Preferred Plumbing was recommended to us by multiple long time satisfied customers. So we gave them a shot. Very pleased with the quality of work and the service friendly attitude. Since that time we have hired Preferred Plumbing to: 1. Move our Laundry Room, 2. Add a bathroom, 3. Plumb a bathroom remodel. We have also needed their help for smaller things like a kitchen faucet, heating and air conditioning challenges, etc. We plan to have Preferred Plumbing add gas to our kitchen and install a new dishwasher when we finally get to the kitchen. We wouldn't continue to use Preferred Plumbing's services if we weren't pleased with the quality work and helpful and reliable attitude.They provide great quality plumbing services and advice. I have recommended Preferred Plumbing to multiple friends and business associates. And wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
