Art was honest about what would be the best long term fix and budget friendly fix. He was on time, respectful of our pets and home, and being this service call happened during COVID he wore a mask the whole time from the time he left his vehicle to the time he got in it to go without us asking to do so. His work on our pipes was excellent. Would recommend him to anyone.

We had some issues with persistent leaking from a pedestal sink. We called Art the Saturday before Memorial Day, he showed up at the time he promised, quickly assessed the situation, shared his recommendations in a non-pressure, consultative way and fixed the problem in 90 minutes. We ended up repiping two sinks. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and valued his professionalism.

I told them about my job over the phone. They quoted me a price I thought was fare. The price didn't change between the phone conversation and the completion of the job. They were my third interview for the job. One of the other company's price over the phone almost doubled when they got to my house.

Phone customer service and scheduling very professional communication. Arrival of staff to assist with my repair was punctual. The repair was fast and professionally completed.
