Unfortunately they sent two guys out to clean up my leaves and haul away but after 4 hours of work, I still had a ton of leaves up around the house in the landscape and along the edge of my yard. I noticed that they decided to blow most of the leaves from the south end of my yard up into my neighbors hedgerow and flower garden. I called and emailed pictures 2days later of the areas I was concerned and it took 2 days for a response and when I did get called back I was told that they would be back out that afternoon to take care of the leaves that were left and blown into the neighbors but nobody came by. I have never hired a company to clean up my leaves and I was very disappointed w/ the job and customer service by this company.

My appointment was between 4:00 and 7:00. They arrived at 8:20 when it was dark. the 2 servicemen were very nice. I felt sorry for them that they were overloaded that day, starting at 6:00 a.m. and leaving my place at 9:20.

There were a few spots that ended up running and looked horrible so I called to tell them and the next day the guys showed up and took care of the runs and the whole exterior of my house looks sensational!!! I would for sure recommend this company to anyone.

They were very responsive and everyone from the office to the field was nice and competent and has a good idea of how customer service should be. They did a great job and got our deck looking nice and new. They seemed pretty thorough and didn’t cut corners. Definitely recommend based on our experience.

I have called them numerous times and their mailbox is always full, so you cannot leave a message. In the beginning of the service, they were reasonably receptive. UPDATE June 2020 - There was an agreement in place that my concerns would be addressed in Spring. We are now into June and nothing has been scheduled as yet. UPDATE 6/9/2020: I filed a complaint a year ago with Home Advisor and the owner is unresponsive. My deck looks horrible and is covered with black splots My deck below is almost all black. It was not cleaned properly. The owner has been missing in action and apparently I am out 1150 dollars. I can post the pictures if you want to see. BOTH PARTIES ARE GOING TO ARBITRATION TO REACH A DECISION.

Good work. Scheduling was an issue caused in part by weather in part by difficulty contacting the provider. Overall good and polite service.

I think my only complaint, and it's a small one, is that I had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of these guys sometimes. But it was only once or twice. The rest of the time, the guys answered quickly and the work was done relatively quickly and professionally. They quoted me for less than half of what another company quoted me for, did the work faster, and also offered to do other repairs my house needed. Super happy!

Such a great experience. They worked around the weather and communicated with me clearly throughout the process about scheduling our appointment. Steve was great - he was able to get the stain out from the side of my condo, and went above and beyond with customer service. Would highly recommend them!

Very Courteous and Freindly

This company shows up when they say they will show up, and they stand behind their work. They made our deck and railings look 100% better. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get to our house and do the work, especially because we have a very large 2 tiered deck and boardwalk that was in pretty bad shape, and we needed to get our project done before the weather became too cold to complete it this season. Preferred Power Wash cheerfully, in a timely fashion, came back to do some touch ups after we found a few areas that had been overlooked on the first visit. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you, Todd and Jay, and the team at Preferred Power Wash.

If you want the equivalent of Laurel and Hardy, or the Three Stooges to clean and seal your deck, for the sake of maybe saving some money, go ahead and hire them, but otherwise, be prepared to spend more money for a better job by someone else, or do it yourself. Initial contact with this company was fine, and encouraging, but shortly after that it was a continual struggle to keep the project moving forward because I had to repeatedly send them the same information about my job, no one ever came to my home to go over the job with me, and to my knowledge no one ever came out to survey the work before the first work crew came out. Day One saw the cleaning crew start, but before they even got a third of the way through power washing the deck their equipment broke down, and the next hour+ was spent trying to fix their gear, as I brought my tools out to their truck. Day Two the sealing crew came out: a father/son team who were friendly enough, but while spraying oil-based, tinted sealant on the deck they wore neither protectant clothing or respirators, and often smoked while engulfed in plumes of sealant. At least twice they knocked over their equipment, spilling sealant onto the grass and deck. Going into the job I repeatedly specified that the wire mesh skirting surrounding the base of the deck had to be removed, then replaced at the end of the process, but of course, since that was the one part of the job I was not able to be there for they did a half-ass job of reinstalling it, wrecking the mesh in the process. I am currently working on redoing it myself. After Day Two was nearly complete I paid by phone with credit card, and specifically requested a paper receipt by mailed to me. Two weeks later when none had arrived I left a phone/text message again requesting a receipt still none to date.I only hired someone to do this work because at the time circumstances in my life prevented me from doing it myself, but I would never hire this company to do other work for me again, and I would never recommend them to others.

They quoted and I accepted, but never called back to schedule the work. When I called them, I got an answering machine that was full and wouldn't accept new messages. Over two weeks now and no contact or follow up on their part.
