Very good work, did exactly what he said he was doing to do, showed up at the time they said every time. All workers were respectful of the house and me, everyone was polite. I had a project that was not easy, but they made it look correct.

Great service from Preferred Remodeling and Renovation! Dylan responded in a very timely manner and is very knowledgeable and professional about his services. Our portion of outside garage trim had to be replaced due to woodpecker damage. When finished, the trim looked just like it did when we built the house. We are very pleased with the results and are making plans to work with Dylan on a few additional projects!

Dylan came out and installed two bedroom interior doors for us. He was so professional and so polite. We had never had doors in that specific entryway and he made everything look just as we visioned it. So happy with his work and will have him out again for more projects.

Was very professional. Hired him for bad home repairs â Dylan showed up on time and got straight to work. Did major drywall repair. Fixed huge holes and made walls look like new. Dylan completely changed my unfinished bathroom. When I moved into my house, all that was in the basement was a stand alone toilet. Dylan helped throughout the entire process, design ideas, color concepts and so much more. Now my bathroom is finished with a walk in shower, hardwood flooring, a toilet, sink, and a vanity.
