Excellent customer service. Returned phone calls and or left messages in a timely manner. Was on time, professional and maintained a clean work enviroment. Called regarding an area of the roof which had leaked for a period of time. Responded for an evaluation, discovered immediate problem. Took the time to show and explain what he would do and what he uncovered once the work began. Lastly, they contacted me when a job they anticipated to complete before mine had changed and asked if they could respond and complete the work on a sooner date. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would not hesitate to call them back if needed.
