They went above and beyond the job I hired them for and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I had them make me two handrails for my front steps. They were so nice and considerate. Set a time to be here and when they knew they would be 30 minutes late they contacted me to let me know. Who does that any more. Did a great job. Built it on site that day. Someone else did their powder coating which took a little longer than they anticipated, but that was out of their hands. Only 2 weeks though. They also added a handrail in my garage at the last minute for me. Very pleased with their work.

Everything went as planned and we are very satisfied with the end product.

Fencing and security gate looks fantastic! Actually looks better than what I had pictured in my head. So good that I also had them install another fence enclosure for my dogs while they were here! Great price, great service, and great looking fencing!

Dustin and his crew were awful! He "squeezed" me in on Jan 1st. Completed the job very timely. However the lower of 3 rails that he built was out of square and there was a gap between the wall and the rail (we disagree on size, so I've removed how big). But large enough that it was not acceptable to us. It took threats of legal action in order to get him out here to even look at it (3months). It took another 2 months to get him to come get the rail and almost 2 more months to get it "fixed" and reinstalled. We are talking about ~50 linear feet of handrail and 7 months to complete a $4k project. I wouldn't hire him if he was my brother. The customer service is pathetic and to do the job in 7 days and 7 months to fix the issue - nothing makes sense about it. He (the owner) was asked to perform the work - we had verbally agreed to this. However; He did not show up and deal with it himself. Sent his employees to fix the mistake.

Brian understood exactly what I wanted my railing to look like and delivered. He went out of his way to get our railing up by Thanksgiving (which we requested). The estimate was a little high but we were able to settle on a price that was fair for such a quick turnaround. Plan to use them for outdoor railing as well.

these guys are The BEST! professional and personable; they were very knowledgable; they measured the area to be fenced -- another "big fence company" here in the Denver area gave me a quote WITHOUT ever coming to the property - needless to say they didn't even measure for an accurate quote; these guys WORKED with purpose and passion; and, they even contacted my neighbors to inform them of the upcoming fence as a courtesy to them; they were on time and completely exceeded our expectations. These guys are the epitome of how other fence companies should be measured by -- Preferred Welding certainly raised the bar on service and price. we can't wait to utilize their services in the near future.

These guys were actively enthusiastic about conducting and completing a complex project, and they did a great job. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Their construction and welding level is obviously high.

These guys were even more than I expected. They were very polite and totally did everything I asked. They worked in the rain when others said they were having a hard time keeping up with fencing because of the rain that they were not willing to work in the rain. Final comment, I would give these guys an A+ rating.

He is excellent on what he does! He has an excellent crew and they were very efficient when they performed their work towards my project.
