They came quickly as agreed to and performed very Thorough inspection- I paid a very reasonable (inexpensive) price for their service- I was there and they explained everything to me- have not gotten the report- they are still working on the write up- will get it to the mortgage broker in Chattanooga- had previous inspection which was not thorough - first company did not look under the house or at roof- report was lacking - for over twice the cost

the ladies that answered my call were always friendly and helpful. I had to call to get my report and it took an extra day to get it . The report was in depth and detailed. I had purchased an termite inspection and the inspector failed to keep the appointment and it took several calls and extra days . I assume my report was sent to the realtor since I haven't received a copy. I would use them again but make sure the appointments are kept and on time.

The inspector did a awesome jod. Went over the entire report with us, taking us to every room and explaing each room and outside and around the house. Waited until we where absolutely done with any questions that we may of had before he even mentioned anything about leaving and even suggested a few that we should have been asking. Absolutely awesome.

We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and would NOT recommend this company. While the inspector noted many minor items, he missed several major ones which cost us nearly $3,000 to fix AFTER we had bought the home and found the issues which were plumbing and electrical related. The inspector was not initially able to check the hot water heater and plumbing due to a leak so he came back later that evening when it supposed to be fixed, but it had apparently not yet been fixed. However, he still completed his inspection and sent us the report rather than come out another time to properly test/finish the water inspection. We would have gladly paid for him to come out again when it was fixed to properly inspect these items as it would have cost us far less than not knowing the issues and having to fix them after closing. We reached out to this company after realizing all of the issues that were overlooked or not properly inspected, in hopes they would make it right, but they offered no resolution.
