I hired Gilbert to repair my fridge, they came out to repair my Fridge 3 times and tried 3 different things, I see that there may be water damage to the floor, I paid $202, I called Gilbert and he said they will come out and fix it, now I can not reach them any more and I still have the same problem
Response by Premier Appliance: We appreciate the opportunity to try to take care of our customers. Cust called us because his floor had water leaking all of the kitchen. We Could not find any leaks on the refrigerator. Leak might be coming from different area. We charged the customer for trip to go out. And happily refunded back to customer. Customer is providing information that is not accurate.

Worker did not communicate well. I had to lend him a ladder and he left a mess with out cleaning it up and I think the charge was way over for the 25 min he was here.
Response by Premier Appliance: We always give upfront price for repair. Cust said to fix and we installed parts and reparied . Cust mic back in working order. The repair cost was 147.00 . We repair most appliances in less than a hour.
