James was the ABSOLUTE BEST! We called him to schedule a visit to service our dryer, oven and ice maker. From the initial call, he pulled over to take my information and get me on the calendar. And when he came, he was on time, prompt, professional and informative. He was thorough and fair priced and he was generous with his recommendations, what he suggested was urgent and what wasn't. The technician was extremely efficient, but did not have the part the day he came over. He found the part at a warehouse the very next day and brought it over and completed the job in about a half an hour. I would recommend this technician for any appliance repair job.

Call James to repair washer. Only repair man that was able to come out quickly out of the 5 I called. James came out the next day and was honest about repair. He gave options and ordered the part before he left that day. As soon as the part was in, James returned and replaced quickly. Happy to have my washer back. Very pleased with the responsiveness, communication and work completed. Will call James again for any other needed repairs!

James assisted me with troubleshooting an old dryer that wouldn’t heat. He quickly diagnosed the cause, researched parts (sadly were discontinued) and gave a solution to work around the issue while my new drier was on order. Without this work around, I would have been without a drier for 2 weeks. While James didn’t “fix” my appliance, his expertise, guidance and most importantly, honesty was well worth the amount of the service call. Premier Appliance Repair will be my first call should I have an issue in the future.
