I hired this company to repair my deck. My deck was leaking and needed the drainage system replaced. Premiere Arc Services told me that they could guarantee no leaks and quoted over $6000 for repair in March 2026. After a couple of quick patch jobs that never worked. In fact, my deck leaks 10 times more than before the repair. Now, instead of them doing the right thing and repairing their work. They are hard to contact and do not reply? Note, it's just July and the deck has leaked every rain. Unfortunately, after many attempts to resolve. I will have to take this company to court

The job is done okay. Communication wasn't there. They didn't acknowledge if they was coming the day of my appointment but showed up at my doorstep. I was confused.

Team quoted a fair price to replace some water damaged joists and underflooring. They worked me in early and did quality work. In fact, they cleaned up and left things better than they found it. I look forward to bringing this team into my future projects.

Hit him up with a special request to build me some specialty tools for my fencing crews that you can't necessarily purchase. Sent him a very crude picture I drew an told him what I needed it to do and ended up with the tool in the same day I called. A+ in my book.
