Our service trip charge is $49. It costs money to send a licensed contractor, stocked service vehicle, tools, and equipment to your home. If you approve the work, the $49 trip charge is WAIVED. If you don’t want to pay a trip charge, please do not request an on-site service call. You can always bring your plumbing problem to us and save the trip charge! We are NOT handymen. We ARE Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractors, licensed and insured. DO NOT request service and then ignore our messages or refuse to answer your phone. We don't have time to chase you down. Disappointed with Premier Plumbing Services. Tom Germans was kind but ineffective, leaving the job incomplete with poor-quality work. Would not recommend.

I recently had a toilet replacement and vanity installation done by Tom at Premier Plumbing, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. Tom arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made sure everything was installed properly. The new toilet fits perfectly and works flawlessly, and the vanity has completely transformed the look of my bathroom?it?s both stylish and functional. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, the workmanship was top-notch and the service was friendly and professional. Tom came to our residential assisted living home and ensured that the job was completed with urgency despite us retrieving the wrong toilet during his visit. He made the call to our home in Eustis, traveled back to his supplier out of the way and back to complete the job. The job was clean quick and efficient and Tom was very professional and patient.
