Premier Building & Development, LLC

Sean provided excellent service during the entire process. He called back quickly, was on time for appointments and gave clear, complete information in the decision-making process. The work was done in a timely, high quality fashion at a reasonable cost. The workmen were attentive to detail and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about Sean and the entire crew. Everyone involved was very professional and extremely friendly and courteous. The work crews are extremely qualified and always showed up on time. The resulting work was exactly what I wanted and the workmanship is second to none. I hope I never have to call anyone other than Sean and his crew.

I was very satisfied and would use this contractor for future projects.

Long delays in foundation construction. Front end loader crushed foundation walls, which required extensive foundation repairs. Some grading still needs to be done. Framing is in process. Utilities will have to be relocated. Phone was accidentally dug up.

We initially contracted with Mike Jones to renovate our kitchen and a bathroom. We were so happy with the results that we asked him to remove and reinstall our driveway, redesign our front entrance outside (adding brick steps, grading the front yard to add a sidewalk), design and build out a back patio and install a stacked stone wall. Every subcontractor he brought to the job was outstanding, and all projects came in at the budgeted amount and exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent during the entire process and we never experienced any delays. Mike and everyone on his team provided great advice on materials and design. We have highly recommended Mike to many friends and endorse him without reservations. You will be happy working with him and his team, and you will be thrilled with the results of his work.
