the price was to high the material coast ran about $450, and labor was $500. He was all ways in a rush, he did not caulk or paint the baseboards, cheer rails, or the crown which is all stuff i could of done for my self and save my self $950.

I was asked to take my own measurements of the door. Door was trimmed too narrow. Hinges had to be bent out from door jam in order for a proper fit. Definitely something you don't expect of a quality installation.

I would not recommend Brian. His workmanship was sloppy. The molding and trim used were dirty. In addition, I was not told that he does not caulk or paint the crown molding. So, I now have to find someone to paint the dirty molding and caulk the foyer because his ladder was not tall enough. His job is not worth the money I paid.

Bryan's work was excellent and he did everything he was contracted to do and went beyond and found additional repairs needed and did them as well. He cleaned up after his work and removed all debris. He was professional, helpful and competitivly priced. I would hire him again and highly recommend his work.
