Decent job. Nothing else to say.

I was very hesitant to use a different company however, it was a very GOOD CHOICE. I would use home advisory again. This company was exceptional. They were polite, efficient, and effective. My carpets were remarkably better. My carpets looked new in comparison to the way they were before cleaning. They were knowledgeable about the type of fabrics and the chemicals necessary to clean them properly. After a few days I had some spots reappear and called the company back. They were very courteous and prompt to respond. They cleaned the area in question again and again I was extremely pleased. I would recommend this Premier Carpet Cleaners wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Service was prompt. During cleaning the repaired area was damaged again causing a revisit. Overall satisfied with the service and the carpet looks almost new.

My experience with premier carpet cleaning was wonderful! The results were honestly better then I expected. My carpets were ruined and I thought were completely done for. I contemplated on just replacing the whole thing with new carpet. My friend referred me to them and said to give them a shot, since it was the cheaper route rather then replacing it all. I was skeptical but gave them a shot. My carpets look amazing!!! Iv tried getting stains out for years and never was able to completely remove them. Premier carpet was able to refurbish my carpets into looking brand new! The crew was very friendly, professional, and on time. The pricing is just right and was worth every penny ! I highly recommend them and will always use them from here on out. Thanks guy !

They were happy to do the work, worked efficiently, and did a great job. however they will not live up to what they have told us, they no shows to the appointments and now they will not answer our calls. The dirt has resurface fast.

The two man who came to the house were very professional and thoughtful. And they did just what I needed them to do.

Getting some one to come back to remove a spot that did not come out was not easy. After the third time of trying to schedule the man that came out knew what he was doing and succesfully got the stain out.

I found this company through Home Advisors. Premier was courteous, communicative, on time, and they took my breath away when I came back and saw how beautiful my carpet looked like. I highly recommend Premier Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. I was already talking them up at my bank --- before I saw how beautiful the carpet stretching/cleaning came out. They are polite, efficient, offer great service.

A little more pricey than expected. Professional team of 3 who work very hard. Was on time for the appointment which is rare in this industry. Did a very, very good job.

Pricey And charged a convenience fee to use my credit card which was pricey at 4%. In this day and age, taking a credit card for no extra charge is standard for most businesses.

i must have been out of touch with regard to cost. little shocked by the price but i think it was in line with others. been a while since cleaning my carpet. quoted one price but was charged another even though the powers that be insisted he gave me the actual price. for goodwill i paid what he asked and tipped the men. probably last cleaning before i die!!!
