I talked with 3 companies. At Premier, Scott was very informative and personable on the phone. They did a wonderful job. It cost more than I had anticipated, but Scott explained all the processes that had to occur to clean this large Sisal rug so I think it was a reasonable price.

Was a great experience... Results are amazing and would not hesitate to use them again.

A good job, but a bit pricey.

Nice work crew that moved furniture and cleaned carpet. Only one issue. They do not use equipment that absorbs and removes dirty water from carpets like we have had done before.

They were very quick to respond and stayed quite late to get the job done!

Scott and his team was very professional. The team showed up and explained the work they would do and the cost with me. He was very knowledgable especially in regards to the stretching, since I had four or five spots that needed fixed. My carpet looks brand new he stretched and cleaned it. Having two dogs I was not sure it was going to come out as well as it did. I will use them moving forward the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

I hired Premier to come out and do my tile. They were very prompt and kept in touch every step of the process including calling me when they were on their way. They walked the job with me and went over every detail before telling me a price. It was a bit higher than I expected but they worked with me and I was satisfied with the ending price. My grout looks brand new again and it was nearly black from the previous homeowners. They were very polite and it was a pleasure having them in my home. They are a husband and wife team that do the work together which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It was nice to have a company that doesn’t try to upsale you or increase the price once they come out and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They even cleaned up after themselves. By the time they were done my floors were already dry and other than them looking brand new, you couldn’t even tell they were here. I’m thrilled with the services I received.
